Parents, remember that the field trip to the Jacksonville Zoo is this Friday 9/25/15. Please be sure your students are dressed appropriately with tennis shoes. Please make sure they bring a lunch in a labeled disposable bag.
Please remember to bring in an empty paper towel roll or two empty toilet paper rolls for your students to make their binoculars in class Thursday for the zoo.
Homework: Bring in change for the fundraiser for Catty Shack. More information is given in the Weekly Newsletter that went home last Friday.

Week 2 Highlights
This week we focused on days of the week and counting. We read The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. The students loved the book and did very well on their counting.

The second week of school is off to a great start. Reminder parents who have not turned in their forms please do so ASAP. Wednesday afternoon, we will be doing show and tell please have your students bring in something they would like to show to the class.
Week 1 Highlights
This week in class we worked with the alphabet. We played an alphabet scavenger hunt in which the kids went around the room to find objects that started with each letter and write them down. The kids really enjoyed that, pictures to come soon.
